NSW Nurses and Midwives’ Association (NSWNMA) General Secretary, Brett Holmes has welcomed the decision by Estia aged care to withdraw its attack on Sunday Penalty rates for nurses and aged care workers in 19 Aged Care facilities across NSW. Nurses have sent a strong message to management that it would not be tolerated. We can now continue with discussions on getting the best outcome for our members.
