Exposure to environmental tobacco smoke

The NSWNMA has instructed NEW Law to investigate the possibility of a Class Action for damages for personal injury caused to persons who may have been exposed to environmental tobacco smoke while working in the Corrective Services institutions throughout New South Wales.
