The NSWNMA is partnering with the University of Technology (UTS) in an Australian Research Council Linkage research project called Fit for the future: ensuring the health and wellbeing of the Australian nursing workforce to sustain future healthcare service delivery. The survey will be the biggest study into the health of nurses and midwives in NSW. This validated survey will provide the information and data that will lead to practical strategies to improve health and wellbeing for nurses and midwives.
