Midwifery GradStart

  • January and February intakes
  • 12-month program
  • Rotations across all the hospital’s maternity services
  • Individualised professional development plans are prepared during the orientation phase and are supported by attendance at relevant programs and in-service education.
  • Regular performance appraisals assist to monitor progress towards the achievement of personal goals and help ensure that midwifes are developing professionally
  • Option to work 12-hour shift patterns
  • Opportunity for ongoing employment after completion of GradStart.
